Pineapple Cake

1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups sugar

1/2 to 1/3 cup pecans

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost cake while hot.

 

Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 stick butter

1/2 cup nuts

Mix and put on hot cake.
